Terms of service

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply to orders placed through binoweegroup.com.au with Binowee Group Pty Ltd (ABN 19 681 711 268) ("Binowee Group", "we", "us"). Quotes, custom products and installation work arranged outside the online checkout are governed by the terms set out in our written quote.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Product pages show the price including GST, with the price excluding GST beneath it. The cart shows prices excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout. Freight is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Installation is not included in online prices and is quoted separately. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where a product is unavailable, a price or description is shown in error, or the delivery address is outside the area we can serve by our published freight rates. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid in full.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look different on screen, timber and natural materials vary, and dimensions are nominal. Ask for a sample where finish or colour matters to your project. Lead times shown on product pages are estimates based on supplier stock and are confirmed when we accept your order.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full.

Cancellations and returns

Returns and faulty goods are covered by our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy. Products made or ordered to your specification cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where the goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, and the law allows it, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing any of those things.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from delay in delivery or from the use of the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
