We collect personal information directly from you wherever we can. If you give us information about someone else, such as a site contact for delivery, please make sure they know you have done so.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries and prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, arrange installation and site access, manage warranty and after sales service, keep business records, send updates you have asked for, and run and secure the website, including detecting spam and automated abuse. We do not sell personal information.

  • our professional advisers, and government bodies where the law requires it.

We may also share information with Design Nation, a shareholder in Binowee Group that supports the delivery of some projects, where that is needed to deliver your order or project.
